Shipping

We ship all orders from the Netherlands. Here's what to expect:

  • Netherlands: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain threshold - check the checkout for current promotions.

Returns

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your CUDDLE CRAFT purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's our return policy:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • To start a return, contact us via our Contact page
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
