Shipping Information

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times:

• Netherlands & Belgium: 2–4 business days
• Rest of EU: 4–8 business days
• Outside EU: 7–14 business days (customs fees may apply)

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping on orders over €150 within the Netherlands.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays: During peak periods (holidays, sales), delivery may take slightly longer. We'll notify you of any significant delays.

Lost or damaged shipments: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
