Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to love every CUDDLE CRAFT product. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return: Contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used pet bedding unless the item is defective.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Defective items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

EU Consumer Rights: As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason (Right of Withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU). To exercise this right, notify us before the 14-day period expires.
