These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through cuddle-craft.com, operated by CUDDLE CRAFT, based in the Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, order, and agreement between CUDDLE CRAFT and the customer. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.

3. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. In the event of an error, we will notify you before processing your order and offer you the option to confirm, amend, or cancel it.

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding agreement is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We use secure, encrypted payment processing and do not store your card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the Netherlands and selected EU countries. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are indicative only. 7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@cuddle-craft.com before the withdrawal period expires. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. 8. Warranty & Defective Goods

Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is defective or does not conform to the description, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. We will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Liability

CUDDLE CRAFT's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on cuddle-craft.com — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of CUDDLE CRAFT and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU data protection law (GDPR). By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. As an EU consumer, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
